A guest user membership is available with a $162 annual membership fee (other options: alumni membership, visiting graduate researcher & scholar)

Visiting graduate researchers & scholars may apply for a library card with the following privileges for $80 per semester ($240 for the entire year. Other options: Guest User membership). Proof of current enrollment in a graduate degree program or affiliation with a post-secondary institution is required.

An alumni of UWest may apply for a library card for a discounted annual fee of $60.00.

Only interested in a particular item? If you wish to obtain borrow a specific item, instead of a membership, you may want to inquire with your public library for details on their interlibrary loan service. They may be able to borrow the item for you for free or at a low cost.

How do I apply for a library card? You will need to apply in person at the library during regular office hours (M-F, 9am-5pm). Have the following items ready:

Workshops & Research Appointments

You may request a workshop or schedule a research appointment by contacting us. Here are some workshops that the library can provide:

Lost: The charge for lost items is the replacement cost and a $10 per-item processing charge. Late fines are also assessed, so please report lost items as soon as possible.

Damages: Items returned with damages will be charged as a lost item or billed for repairs. Charges for repairs start at $25.
