Three week lending period (renewable/extendable upon request): Chromebook (agreement form required for first time borrowers), Camera, Stress Eraser
24 hour lending period (renewable/extendable upon request): Webcam, Laptop Lock, Headset, USB-C to HDMI/USB, VGA to HDMI, HDMI to VGA, Displayport Dp to HDMI/DVI/VGA (Thunderbolt/Surface), 6ft HDMI Cable
Equipment can be borrowed from the circulation desk with a valid UWest ID. Please be advised of the policies below on equipment borrowing:
- Fines for late returns are $1.00 per day.
- The library is not responsible for loss or damage of personal property.
- Borrowing privileges may be suspended if items are found unattended.
Agreement & lost/damaged charges for chromebooks

The Laptop Borrower's Agreement form will need to be signed and return to the library before patrons can borrow the laptop.

Patrons will be charged $250 for lost or damaged equipment, including parts of the checked-out equipment: mouse, charging cables, etc.
Lost/Damaged charges for cameras & stress erasers

Patrons will be charged $50 for lost or damaged equipment, including parts of the checked-out equipment: SD memory, charging cables, tripod, etc.
Lost/Damaged charges for peripherals & adapters

Patrons will be charged $20 for lost or damaged equipment, including parts of the checked-out equipment: keys, cables, laptop clasps, etc.
